We’re gonna need a bigger trophy case! For the third time, we’ve been awarded a Stevie Award, one of the premier awards in the business world. At the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, we won the Silver Stevie Award in the Sales & Customer Service category for Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year. Go ModSquad!

We were in good company, with companies from 48 countries making up the nominee lists. The award recipients were chosen by a judges’ panel made up of more than 180 professionals from around the world. The judges, experts in their respective industries, took a close look at the nominated companies, and they really liked what they saw with ModSquad. They admired the company’s “great model of business” and enthusiastically noted ModSquad’s “modern outsourcing system which, due to its multilingual capacity, has achieved great success with … a strong global impact.”
