We just got word that we won the Gold 2023 Globee Sales, Marketing, Service, & Operations Award for Outsourcing Solution for Customer Service! 

This Globee is extra special because it recognizes our work with Children‘s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. Of course we love all of our clients, but CMN Hospitals is special. As our CEO, Amy Pritchard says, “this project is without question the dearest to our heart.”

CMN Hospitals mission is to bridge the funding gap faced by children’s hospitals. This nonprofit organization raises money and awareness across the U.S. and Canada. Since 1983, CMN Hospitals has raised $7 billion (much of it $1 at a time). Those donations mean that each year 10 million kids and their families get the care they need.

ModSquad has been a proud supporter of CMN Hospitals since 2014. Each year the company participates in their gaming event Extra Life to help raise money for this worthwhile cause. (Here’s last year’s wrap up.) 

So when the pandemic forced CMN Hospital’s to move in-person fundraising to online, we were there to help moderate and engage with their community to ensure they could meet and exceed their goals.  

CMN Hospitals didn’t just have a successful year with impressive numbers with a modern CX model in place; with our help, they built a foundation to fulfill their mission. They have the policies, procedures, and ModSquad as a partner to grow their digital events and amplify their in-person ones. Their success means children’s hospitals can continue to change kids’ health to change the future. Check out our case study. 

Being recognized for this work by the Globee judges – 85 industry experts from all over the globe – is a great honor. Thank you.
