Our Mods of the Month are the best of the best, and this month is no exception! Our latest inductee is a true CX pro who puts customers first on every ticket. Today we head to Argentina to meet Ezequiel J. 

Ezequiel began looking for a remote job a year and a half ago. He sought an opportunity to work flexible hours in a professional environment. ModSquad was a great match. Ezequiel shares, “ModSquad means a lot to me because I got the opportunity to work remotely, which also helped me personally.”

Before joining our Squad, he worked at a digital design agency, where his duties included email and chat customer service. Now he responds to support tickets for one of our premiere video game clients. He loves to help customers and make them feel cared for. “I always work to do my best to advocate for our customers while following our guidelines.” 

Since becoming a Mod, he has moved to a new city, is thinking about adopting a cat, and has really enjoyed the camaraderie of the people he works with. Ezequiel also took a moment to share a few of his favorite things with us:

• Favorite movie: Interstellar, no doubt.
• Favorite TV show: The Sopranos or Malcolm in the Middle, and for Anime/Manga, I would definitely say Space Brothers (Uchū Kyōdai).
• Favorite book: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
• Favorite musical artist or group: For Solo Artist, Aurora Aksnes and for a Group, Muse.
