What does it take to build the perfect Mod lineup? It takes a group of experienced brand enthusiasts who make the customer experience great. Our latest Mod of the Month is no exception! Known for his collaborative nature and empathy, we’re proud to introduce you to Uras K. Before we jump into what makes the Mod of the Month, let’s kick things off by sharing what a few of his colleagues have to say about him:

Clearly, collaboration is a big part of what makes Uras shine as a Mod! Those who work with him point to how he’s quick to share knowledge and help deliver the best service possible. He’s currently working on email and web messaging support projects. In past roles, Uras has worked on content moderation, content creation, and social media management projects.

But it’s customer service where Uras truly shines. He believes in an empathetic approach to helping customers with whatever issue they might be facing. “Empathy really is the key to customer service,” he explains, “I put myself in the customers’ shoes and think about how I would feel if I were in the same situation. I think outside of the box and help the customer in the best way possible.”

In his personal life, Uras and his girlfriend are about to move into a new place in Istanbul, Turkey, and they have big plans for the future. First up is to create a menagerie of animal friends! Their dream family includes themselves, a cat, dog, rabbit, hedgehog, and even a few ducks to round out their crew.

Uras enjoys spending time enjoying professional sports, particularly basketball. An NBA fan (whose all-time fave is the late Kobe Bryant), Uras dreams of being able to travel from Turkey to watch a game in person one day. It’s part of a long bucket list of international travel that he’s eager to undertake.

When he’s not working, Uras is diligently studying for his Master’s degree in New Media and Communication Management, and will be writing his dissertation next semester. We have no doubt that he’ll crush it, just as he does all of his work here at ModSquad!
